THE BREAK SYSTEM

A break is when somebody breaks conduct and doesn't listen to the officer in charge of the situation they are currently in.

Only officers can hand out breaks.

There are three different groups for breaks, they are as followed:

Politics and club interactions and during events:

• Where the President / Vice President and Secretary hand out breaks.

Combat situations, settings checks and club safety situations:

• Where the SGT-At-Arms / Head Enforcer and Enforcer.

During serious rides, the Road Captain and Tail Gunner can decide what a serious ride is:

• Where the Road Captain and Tail Gunner can hand out breaks.

As soon as the situation is over the officer loses the ability to hand out breaks.

You can not argue a break on the spot, but you can bring your own break up at church and do a majority vote to void it.

If a patch member earns three breaks then there will be an automatic vote for them to have a strike. During that vote the table will go over each one of the patch members breaks and see if they were all justified.

Abuse of the ability to hand out breaks will result in a vote for a strike on that specific officer.

Officers can hand out breaks to everyone including other officers.

Some officers have different situations where they can hand out breaks. The situations are as followed:

President:

• During church if people are purposely stopping church from continuing. Also if the officers in any break group are missing the President gains the ability to hand out breaks in that group.

Vice President:

• During church if people are purposely stopping church from continuing.

SGT-At-Arms:

• Can hand out breaks during an argument between two patch members if that argument starts to negativity effect the club (SGT-At-Arms can decide what negativity effects the club) but he cannot hand out breaks in an argument he is involved in.

Secretary:

• If a member is purposely not answering proxies and not showing up to their churches.
