Every patch member must attend church or they will receive a mark. 
If a patch member receives 3 marks an automatic vote for them to become nomad will have to be voted on. It requires a majority vote to pass.

A patch member will have a choice whether to pick up their mark on one of the two churches that the patch members specific charter will have during a week. They must make this decision prior to the day that they pick up their mark.

 If a patch member changes his mark day it will take a full week before the change is active.
