Every full patch member must have a vote unless they are a nomad.

A unanimous vote means that all patch members must vote the same on a particular subject.

A majority vote means that the majority of the table has to vote the same on a particular subject.

A proxy is a vote of a patch member passed on through another patch member.

If a patch member misses his mark day there must be an effort to get the missing patch members proxy. If the other patch members cant get the proxy his vote on that day is invalid even if the vote is unanimous.

In the event of a national vote, both charters must have the majority of
there members votes to pass it. In the event that charters disagree, no
action will be taken. In the case of a national vote, that charters majority answer is the answer for the entire charter.

Any officer position change is a majority vote.

Any hang around to prospect vote is unanimous.

Any prospect to patch is a  unanimous vote.

Any club politics will be a majority vote

Members can not vote 'majority' on a unanimous vote.
